By submitting it, you give InfoGTS permission to host, store, and display it so we can operate the Service according to your chosen visibility settings (public, unlisted, or private). You are responsible for Your Content, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post or link to content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others;

You can report content that breaks these rules using the in-app report tools. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

InfoGTS is a platform for sharing links to third-party websites and resources that we do not own or control. We do not endorse or guarantee any linked destination, and visiting one is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy practices.

7. The Service Is Provided “As Is”

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content or link is accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoGTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party destination.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service and other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
